Web design prices in Dubai: what a website costs in 2026

Quotes for the same small business website can sit far apart. Here is what drives the price, the two ways websites are sold in the UAE, and what we charge.

Ask three Dubai web design firms to quote for the same website and the numbers can be far apart. That does not mean anyone is overcharging. Each quote covers a different amount of work, and most of the difference comes from a handful of decisions you can make before you ask.

This guide walks through those decisions, the two ways a website is sold in the UAE, and what WebsiteOS charges. The aim is simple: to help you compare quotes on what they include.

What decides the price of a website in Dubai

Five things move a quote more than anything else.

The number of pages. A five-page site and a site with a page for every service and area are different jobs. Each page needs writing, design and a place in the structure.

Template or custom design. A template adapted to your brand takes less time than a design made from scratch.

Who writes the content. If you supply the text, the quote drops. If the firm writes it, research and writing time is part of the price.

Features. Booking, payments, member areas, several languages and integrations each add work. Ask which ones you actually need.

What happens after launch. Hosting, updates, backups, edits and new pages are often priced apart from the build, and they are what the site costs you every year after the first.

One-off build or monthly subscription

Websites in the UAE are sold in two ways.

The first is a project. You pay for the build, the site is handed over, and upkeep becomes a separate annual maintenance contract, often called an AMC. New pages, SEO and changes beyond that contract are quoted as extra work.

The second is a subscription. A monthly fee covers the site, hosting and upkeep and, depending on the plan, new pages and enquiry tracking. Nothing large is paid up front, and the cost is the same every month.

Each suits a different business. A project fits one that wants a fixed site and has someone in-house to look after it. A subscription fits one that wants the site to keep growing without managing it.

What WebsiteOS costs

WebsiteOS is a subscription, priced in AED and the same in every emirate.

Live, AED 500 a month. A website on your own domain with hosting, SSL, WhatsApp on every page and basic analytics.

SEO, AED 800 a month. Everything in Live plus the SEO engine, which publishes 15-20 new pages every month, demand-gated.

Pro, AED 1,500 a month. Everything in SEO plus WhatsApp attribution, the ROI dashboard and Google Business Profile optimisation, so every enquiry is traced to the search that brought it.

Design and build are part of the subscription. The full comparison is on the pricing page.

Questions to ask before you accept a quote

Whichever way you buy, get these answered in writing.

Who owns the domain, and in whose name is it registered?

How many pages are included, and who writes them?

What will the site cost in its second year, counting hosting, renewals and maintenance?

How are changes handled after launch, and what do they cost?

How will you know which enquiries came from the website, and from which search?

Two quotes with clear answers to all five can be compared fairly. Two without them cannot.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

It depends on the number of pages, the design approach, who writes the content, the features and what is included after launch. With WebsiteOS the website is part of a monthly subscription: AED 500 for Live, AED 800 for SEO and AED 1,500 for Pro.

Are there website design packages in Dubai with monthly pricing?

Yes. WebsiteOS plans are monthly and published: Live at AED 500, SEO at AED 800 and Pro at AED 1,500. Each covers the site, hosting and upkeep, and the higher plans add new pages and enquiry tracking.

What does a website cost to run after launch?

With a project, upkeep is often a separate annual contract. With WebsiteOS it is included in the monthly price. Our guide to website maintenance services in Dubai covers what a contract should include.

Does SEO cost extra?

On WebsiteOS, SEO is a plan rather than an add-on. SEO at AED 800 a month includes the engine and 15-20 new pages every month, demand-gated.

What should a service business website include?

A clear page for each service, pages for the areas you cover, a way to contact you on every page (WhatsApp, in the UAE), real photos and your business details. Everything else can wait until it earns its place.

Your website, running itself.
