Step 1: Tell us about your business

It starts with a 20-minute strategy session. You tell us about your business: what you do, who your customers are, where you operate. If you already have a website, we will have reviewed it before the call. We come prepared with your current keyword rankings, your competitors, and the opportunities they are missing that you could capture.

During the session we walk through your market together. We show you which keywords people in your area are searching for, which competitors are ranking for them, and where the gaps are. This is not a sales pitch. It is a market briefing. If WebsiteOS is not a fit for your business, we will tell you.

By the end of the call, we have everything we need to build your site. Your services, your differentiators, your target areas, and your goals. You do not need to write copy, choose fonts, or make design decisions. We handle all of that.

Step 2: We build your website

Within 3-5 days of the strategy session, your website is ready for review. AI generates your brand identity, writes your content, structures your pages, and optimizes everything for the keywords we identified. This is not a template with your name swapped in. Every page is generated specifically for your business.

We send you a preview link on your WebsiteOS subdomain. You review the site, provide feedback, and we make adjustments. Once you approve, we deploy to your custom domain the same day. SSL is automatic. DNS configuration is handled by us. You do not need to touch anything technical.

The site launches with conversion tracking, analytics, and your WhatsApp or booking integration already configured. From day one, every visitor interaction is tracked so we can optimize from real data, not assumptions.

Step 3: AI keeps it growing

This is where WebsiteOS is fundamentally different from a traditional website. Most websites are finished products. Yours is a living system that improves every week.

The SEO engine activates immediately after launch. It connects to your Google Search Console, analyzes your keyword performance, identifies opportunities, and generates new optimized pages. Each page passes a 75-point quality gate before publishing. Content that decays in performance gets automatically refreshed.

Every Monday you receive a report showing what changed: new pages published, keywords targeted, position movements, impressions and clicks. You do not need to do anything. The system watches, acts, and reports. Your site gets better while you focus on running your business.

What happens after launch

Your site is not finished when it launches. It is just getting started. The first week establishes your baseline in Google Search Console. By week two, the SEO engine has its first batch of keyword data and begins generating content.

Within the first month you will see new pages appearing on your site, your keyword count growing, and your average position improving. The pace depends on your industry and competition, but every WebsiteOS site follows the same trajectory: consistent, measurable, automated growth.

If you have an existing website with content and rankings, we do not ask you to start from scratch. Our migration engine crawls your current site, imports all content, and preserves the SEO authority you have built over time.

We configure 301 redirects from every old URL to its new equivalent on WebsiteOS. Your sitemap is updated and resubmitted to Google. Canonical tags maintain continuity. Google sees a seamless transition, not a new site. Your rankings carry over.

The process runs in parallel with your existing site. Nothing goes offline until the new site is fully ready. On cutover day, DNS switches over and the redirects activate. Zero downtime. Your customers never see a disruption.
