Terms of Service

1. Service description

WebsiteOS provides AI-managed website services including website creation, hosting, automated SEO content generation, analytics, and lead tracking. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Free tier

The Free tier provides a single-page website on a WebsiteOS subdomain. No credit card is required. We reserve the right to remove inactive Free tier sites after 90 days of no activity.

3. Paid subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in the currency displayed at signup.
  • No setup fees. No annual contracts.
  • You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
  • After cancellation, your site remains live for 30 days so you can export content or arrange migration.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, business information). You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of building and operating your website. We do not sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.

5. AI-generated content

The AI SEO Engine generates content for your website based on search data and your business information. You own this content. We review generated content through a quality gate before publishing, but you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of information on your site. You can request removal or modification of any generated content at any time.

6. Domain and hosting

  • Paid tiers include hosting on your own domain.
  • If you bring your own domain, you retain full ownership and DNS control.
  • If we register a domain on your behalf, ownership transfers to you upon request.
  • We provide SSL certificates at no additional cost.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. Our infrastructure runs on Vercel and Cloudflare. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service outages.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WebsiteOS for websites that promote illegal activities, contain malware, infringe intellectual property, or distribute spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

WebsiteOS is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved through the Dubai Courts.
